Senior Project Lead (m/f/d)

Our sourcing organization is transforming itself to get fit and ready for the future in order to best support OBI in its mission to become the #1 destination for Home and Garden in Europe. As Senior Project Lead, you are an essential driver of that transformation of our sourcing activities in Asia.

• Support and consult the Vice President, Asia on business strategy and implementation as well as operational excellence
• Independently lead and successfully steer projects through goal-oriented project, team and time management in alignment with the Headquarter and Asian Department Leads
• Closely collaborate with management and relevant stakeholders in an international context and act as interface between the Headquarter in Europe and the Asian Organization
• Confident stakeholder management in complex situations along all management levels (national and international)
• Storyline meaningful decision templates and result presentations for top management, handle and manage reports and support with tracking and reporting

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in business analysis or consulting with commercial / sourcing background; preferable in sizable multinational companies
• Strong project management knowledge with skills in the structuring of issues, development of solutions, re-conception and implementation preparation – preferably with a spike in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering
• Experienced in mass-data processing
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent MS Office application particularly in Excel Power Point
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and email, additional languages are of advantage
• Strategic thinking combined with a pro-active mindset
• Highly organized and attentive to details
• Good team player
