Cross-functional Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are facing a new business potential on project market and we need to build up and develop the business. Be part of an important milestone. 

• Assess and analyze current store processes;
• Research international best practices and innovative solutions;
• Identify modern tools and technologies that improve store processes;
• Develop efficiency improvement measures and prepare recommendations;
• Develop and execute implementation plans;
• Continuously monitor the fulfillment of project tasks and the development of projects;
• Liaise with project stakeholders (headquarter departments, stores, etc.);
• Prepare the decisions necessary for the progress of projects;
• Prepare regular project status reports.

• You are familiar with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, etc.)
• You have German language skills 
• You have a BSc/MSc degree - preferably in economics;
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a multinational environment;
• You speak English at a negotiation level;
• You routinely use MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication skills with Stakeholders, both verbal and written;
• In your work you also manage yourself effectively according to business needs; 
• You are flexible to work in a team and by yourself to achieve desired results;
• You are willing to travel to our stores in Hungary (~30%)
